Synopsis

Blurb below. Bo Yi dies unexpectedly in a car crash. After death she discovers that even her archenemy has cooled off and died, and is now laboring through three thousand small worlds to earn points and win a chance at resurrection. Bo Yi's courage swells from pure malice, so she resolutely chases after her enemy, determined to leap up and down all over those worlds just to make that person's life miserable. In the modern world, a stallion-style male lead tells Yu Zhao that he believes she is not a gold-digger and asks how she could possibly sell herself to that foppish rich heir just because her mother is sick, insisting they must be lying to him. Bo Yi immediately says they are not lying: Yu Zhao and Bo Yi's older brother have already signed an agreement under which Bo's family will cover all of her mother's medical expenses, and Yu Zhao will... marry Bo Yi. Everyone, including Bo Yi, freezes, because was she not supposed to marry Bo Yi's brother? In the ancient world, Bo Yi arrogantly tells a general with enormous power that once she becomes Bo Yi's groom she can forget about ever returning to the battlefield, and that Bo Yi will also use the secret of the general's cross-dressing against her, bullying her every day. Yu Zhao only says, 'Hm? Why did you stop talking? I am listening.' Bo Yi bursts into tears and wails that she will never lure a wolf into the house again, begging not to be bullied, because two girls really cannot produce cubs together. In the wuxia world, Bo Yi sneers at Yu Zhao as a supposedly refined young lady from a scholarly family and fiancee of the martial-arts alliance leader, then orders her own people to tie up that weak little woman because this demoness wants to deal with her personally. Yu Zhao points out that Bo Yi spends three days practicing martial arts and two days reading idle romances, steals other people's cats whenever possible, and either stares blankly or falls asleep at crucial meetings, so how can she possibly think she will handle Yu Zhao. Bo Yi is so startled that she drops her candied hawthorn and blurts out, 'Sect Leader?!' The pairing is a restrained, devoted, gentle older-sister type and a lively, chaotic little fool. The author also hangs up a preview for Her Black Moonlight [Quick Transmigration]. In that other story Yue Yu binds herself to a cannon-fodder system, and her task is to become the hero's dark moonlight. According to the system she must first become the white moonlight who heals the protagonist and then push her into an even deeper hell; second, give the fragile protagonist love and care and then cruelly take that warmth back; third, save the protagonist when her family is ruined and everyone dies, then smilingly tell her that her parents' blood was so filthy that even after all these years the splashes on Yue Yu's skirt have never washed clean. Holding that total death script, Yue Yu enters the small worlds with a miserable face. In the first world, the protagonist has spent many years in a wheelchair and finally sees hope of standing again, but on the eve of surgery her chief surgeon is kidnapped by her own white moonlight. That white moonlight summons her to a broken warehouse, knife in hand and aimed at the surgeon's hands, then asks whether she feels despair. The protagonist looks conflicted and only says that if Yue Yu wanted to be with her, she could have said so directly and there was no need to torment her like this. The kidnapper Yue Yu is left covered in question marks and trying to protest that it is not what she means. The protagonist simply cuts her off with an 'I love you.' In the second world, the sixth princess who has suffered humiliation in the palace finally meets her tutor and welcomes a ray of light in the darkness, only for that tutor to loosen her hand after the princess grows up and slowly withdraw all former affection and tenderness. When asked why, the tutor says it is interesting to watch a new emperor above all others run after the bones she throws like a little dog. The new emperor, eyes red, slams the tutor onto a table and growls that she is a wolf. Several worlds later Yue Yu can only say that she really tried her best to seek death, while the system roars at her to take the protagonist away and crawl out of its worlds.
