Synopsis
Zhi Sang suddenly transmigrates and becomes the sickly second-in-command of Green Dragon Stronghold. The original body fell into water and died of illness, and her relatives, desperate for a cure, kidnapped someone for a luck-bringing marriage. But marriage is impossible. For the sake of a beautiful single life, Zhi Sang solemnly makes an excuse and says she actually likes women. That very day she is forced to complete the wedding ceremony, and the bride is as beautiful as flowers, with a mysterious identity. One does not want to marry and the other does not want to be married. Zhi Sang says it is only a transaction, each taking what they need: the other woman will be her wife, and Zhi Sang will protect her. The new wife insists things between women are impossible. Later, Zhi Sang and Qing An think that maybe giving it a try might be all right. The story follows the small life of occupying a mountain as bandit kings, with farming and food both included. The notes say the early-stage top is half bent and half not, while the bottom is half straight and half not, and the story uses the top's perspective. The protagonist is a little jumpy early on, but later becomes more mature, quieter, and colder because of the plot. The top is a transmigrated woman, the bottom is from the original world, and the setting is an alternate world in a time of war and misery where the top becomes second-in-command in a mountain-bandit nest. There will be farming and food sections. The author says this is only her second yuri book and she wants to try different types. The follow-up story "Let Go of That Braised Pork" begins when Nan Gu transmigrates to another continent and becomes a minor noble, only to discover noble life is different from what she imagined. On day one she eats plain mashed potatoes all day, on day two the same, and on day three she explodes when the butler brings more. The butler tearfully says it is already the best food available. Nan Gu later sees people carrying a wild boar and demands meat, only for the butler to remind her that eating meat is illegal and would make her no longer a child of God, losing noble status and tribute food. Nan Gu curses the god and says she wants meat, then panics under the accusing looks and claims she is God's most loyal child and loves vegetables. Later, while secretly eating meat in the backyard, she meets the branch temple's saint. The saint weeps and tries to convert her, but Nan Gu stuffs meat into her mouth and declares that now she is unclean too. The pair of enemies becomes a food-loving couple: Nan Gu urges her to eat vegetables, while the saint clutches her meat and refuses. The warning says the story was written while craving meat, has private settings, and is a food-and-farming sweet story about one big foodie abducting one little foodie.
