Synopsis

This serialized note has comment reminders open. The story is niche and non-violent to real life, built for pure emotional obsession. Qing Luo, called the “Sha,” is the top assassin of Wuxiang Sect, carrying a knife since age four and not missing once for sixteen years. She gets a protection assignment. In the weakening Xiang dynasty-style empire, brutal thinker-emperor Xiao Jinxuan rises. His sister, Xiao Jinhua, is beautiful and innocent, spoiled by all, yet unwilling to stay in court life and drawn to the martial world. During the five-year cycle martial tournament, she wants to attend, so Wuxiang accepts a thousand-gold protection mission. In the first meeting, Qing Luo bows in black robes: “Suiying Sect, Qing Luo. ” The bright-eyed little princess smiles and calls her sister, then feeds, bandages, and follows. Qing Luo who usually only handles corpses feels an unfamiliar lightness and the first time she cannot just kill cleanly; she shields the princess’s eyes from blood. Two years later she is ordered to kill Xiao Jinhua. For the top-ranked assassin, this is the first true failure. Wuxiang rules no emotion, so Qing Luo is punished and sent to a deep cell. The rumour says the same bright little princess arrives with a whip and warns, “Give me back Qing Luo, or I’ll wipe out Wuxiang. ” Genres: martial and court, ensemble emotional flow, strong-girl cast.
